Mercedes-Benz G-classe 6x6

Hello dear friends! Please let us (yes, today - we are both with ADCchannel are the authors) introduce the latest MOC - today this is Mercedes-Benz G-class 6X6 Trial edition.

This truck (definitely it is!) is our common project. I was always dreaming of creating my own implementation of this greatest version of legendary Gelandewagen.

I build the body with pleasure and know that ADCchannel riched senior skills in building chassis for truck trial, so I offered hiw some kind of collaboration. Luckily, he immediately agreed.

The main difficulty was that we are living in different cities, but not far from. So, couple of month were spent truck is ready.

To be honest body itself is absolutely new. From my previous G class Mansory edition I took only front view and side doors. Roof, interior, body frame is completely new. Mandatory point was to create easily removable body. So, you can split body from frame removing only six axles (easy to remove).

Some description, though :)
This monster is propelled by 3 XL motors - one per each axle. M motor for steering and we decide to power truck by Buwizz. But it's ready to use regular Lego IR receivers.
Suspension has 3 portal axles like original Mercedes. We use 7 Claas tires (actually 6 + 1 third party). Everything what can be opened - is openable - hood, doors, trunk.
Unfortunately there were no room for any V8 engine due to front suspension construction. First purpose was to build truck suitable for trial.

I would like to introduce my latest lego creation. I was dreaming a lot about building my own version of Gelandewagen. At last I've build it!

Car has several functions:

- drive via two XL motors and fake V8 engine
- Steering via servo motor
-  L motor for air brakes on each wheel
- Openable doors/hood
- 6 Ledlights in the front

Hello guys!

At last I can represent to all of you my latest MOC. It's a Lego Technic Liebherr LR 11000 Crawler Crane.

I tried to build a copy of a famous Liebherr-brand crawler crane. If to be honest it was my dream to build a human-high technic crane.

This model is approx two meters high. It has five independent winches! Real crane has six, but two of them goes to one hook, what was not necessary to represent in lego version.

Except string crane is build of 100% Lego. As a counterweight I used three big battery boxes in the superstructure and three ones in the additional counterweight carriage.

Below I will list crane's functions.

RC:

1,2) Chassis drive and steering - one L motor for each track. 

3) Superstructure rotation

4) Operator's cabin uplifting via small linear actuator

5) Main boom winch

6) Luffing Jib winch -  winch is located on the main boom like in the original model

7) First hook  winch

8) Second hook winch - winch is located on the main boom like in the original model

Manual:

1) Derrick boom winch  - needs only when assembling/disassembling crane

2) Addiction counterweight extensioin - need to balance crane under heavy loads

3) Addiction counterweight up/low - need to balance crane under heavy loads or without a load

4) Addiction counterweight steering  - need to steer wheels in the counterweight carriage when superstructure rotating and need to make wheels parallel to move crane forward or backward 

5) Chassis uplifting - chassis have installed four small linear actuators which can lift the chassis under the ground to put on tracks like in the real Liebherr!!

As TLG doesn't have any pulleys of 0.5 stud wide and with the pin hole in the center and 3D parts are too expensive I decided to drill the original ones. 

Firstly I used 4 mm drill to make a round hole instead of an axle, after 4,5 mm and finished with the 5 mm drill. No any part was broke.

Hello everybody!
I'm glad to represent you my latest MOC - Mercedes 770 - wellknown as Großer Mercedes or Grand Mercedes.
I built it's first version (W07) which was manufactured since 1930 till 1938, after it has been replaced by Mercedes 700 (W150) model.
Model to build was choosen by my wife.
Among the customers of this limousene were such well-known people as President Paul von Hindenburg, Japan Emperor Hirohito and Pope Pius X, Adolf Hitler, Hermann Göring, Heinrich Himmler and Reinhard Heydrich.

And here is my model from Lego:

Car is made of 100% Lego plus uses 1 SBrick.
Mercedes has RWD + manual 3 Speed + N + Reverse gearbox + 8 cylinder inline engine like the original car! Powered by two XL motors.
Steering via M motor.
Car has front independent suspencion (like original car) with anti-roll bar, rear suspencion was developing as De Dion one, but as a result a got sometning 4 wishbone + 2 link suspencion.
Grand Mercedes has working mechanical brakes on each wheel + working brake pedal, powered by M motor. (No pneumatics were used as in the original car).
4 front and two rear lights.
Bonnet and all doors are openable of course.
Interior has 3 independant sofa, made of "white leather".

Welcome my International Lonestar truck!

It's dimensions are:

- Lengh: 101 stud or 80 cm

- Width: 31 studs or 25 cm without mirrors

- High: 37 studs or 30 cm excluding antennas and exhaust pipes.

It consists of more than 5000 Lego parts, including 9 motors.

It has:

- Great Charbel's 8 speed gearbox, modified by me to the 16 speed one by adding high/low gear to the main output. It has a special shifter. It's all RC.

- Independant powerfull pneumatic brakes on each wheel. Inspired by Sheepo's Peterbilt.

- Pneumatically controlled fifth wheel.

- Independant suspencion on front and dependant one on the rear axles.

- Suspended driver's and passenger's seats, doors with locks and shock absorbers.

- Detalized interior.

- Inline 6 cylinder engine like the real truck.
